Banco HIL dSPACE para ECUs de Automoción

"Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) simulation test bench based on the dSPACE SCALEXIO platform, designed for the development, validation, and testing of automotive electronic control units (ECUs) in a real-time simulated environment under safe and repeatable conditions. The test bench integrates a dSPACE SCALEXIO system with FPGA processing and supports the main communication protocols and buses used in the automotive industry: CAN, LIN, EtherCAT, and Automotive Ethernet.
It also includes dSPACE ASM (Automotive Simulation Models) for simulating vehicle dynamics, engines, transmissions, and other subsystems, as well as AURELION, a photorealistic sensor simulation platform for radar, lidar, and cameras. This enables the validation of ADAS/AD functions in simulated driving scenarios with realistic sensor perception.
This infrastructure enables NAITEC to conduct integration, functional validation, and safety testing of automotive ECUs—including driver assistance and autonomous emergency braking functions—without the need for a physical vehicle. As a result, it reduces development time and costs while enabling the controlled reproduction of critical scenarios."
