The Pascal pressure chamber is designed for heat-induced antigen retrieval of specimens on glass microscope slides before immunohistochemical detection. Pascal allows for pressurized heating at temperatures above boiling but can also be used at a variety of temperatures ranging from 37ºC to 125ºC.
