Pilot High-Pressure Reactor

Pilot-industrial pressurized reactor with a 1,000 L working volume for hydrothermal treatment and hydrothermal carbonization (HTC) of wet biomass, organic residues and other high-moisture matrices. Maximum operating temperature: below 225 °C. Maximum pressure: below 35 bar. Operating time is process-dependent. The reactor can process suspensions, liquids and high-moisture solids without intensive pre-drying, enabling controlled batch production and validation at pilot-industrial scale.
