HPC - High Performance Computing Solution for Navarra

The Urederra HPC supercomputer, managed by the public company NASERTIC, is a significant scientific and technical infrastructure located in Pamplona, Spain. It provides high performance computing resources for a variety of fields such as data analysis, simulation, artificial intelligence, or massive sequencing services among others. Is a node within the prestigious Spanish Supercomputing Network (RES) and the national Singular Scientific and Technological Infrastructures (ICTS).

  • Storage: The system features 334 TB of high-performance Lustre scratch storage, 110 TB for home and project directories and an additional 1.4 PB for genomic storage.
